Your personal coach helps you grow in the areas of life that matter most – whether that's your career, confidence, relationships, habits, well-being, finances, productivity, or any other priority.
A coach partners with you to:

Find focus - Your coach helps you set meaningful goals and craft a step-by-step plan, so your time and energy are directed where they are most impactful.
Stay Supported - With ongoing guidance and motivation from your coach, you'll navigate obstacles, stay on track, and make lasting progress.

Therapy and coaching both use established techniques and offer a supportive, non-judgmental space, but their focus is different. Psychotherapy (also known as "talk therapy" or just "therapy") frequently centers on addressing mental health issues, processing negative emotions, and exploring past experiences to support emotional healing. Coaching is highly goal-oriented and forward-focused, designed to help you set and achieve goals so you can reach your full potential.

Coaches are not licensed clinicians. While some coaches may also be healthcare providers or have expertise in adjacent areas, they do not act in this capacity while providing coaching services. Coaches will not offer any diagnosis, treatment, prescription of medication, or other clinical services. For mental health disorders or concerns, please seek help from a licensed psychotherapist or psychiatrist.

Coaching can have both short-term and long-term benefits. The amount of time you will be in coaching may vary depending on your goals, objectives, and motivation. For many people, positive changes start to be noticeable after 3-6 weeks.

Every person and every goal is unique, so your coach will tailor their approach to fit your specific needs and style. Coaches draw from a wide variety of established methodologies, techniques, and approaches to support your coaching journey. Some of the most common include cognitive-behavioral coaching (CBC), motivational interviewing (MI), and appreciative inquiry (AI), along with holistic exercises such as values exploration, needs assessment, Enneagram self-discovery, strengths identification, and Ikigai work.
